We offer residential and vacation rentals. Our residential rentals include two (2) apartment buildings located in Gig Harbor, Washington. Our vacation rentals are located on the pacific coast of Washington in Moclips. We have beachfront condominiums (#5, #6, #8, and #9) at Hi-Tide Resort on Railroad Avenue. 

Given that there is available units at either of our apartment buildings, The Westridge or The Driftwood you can find those listings on websites such as Apartments.com, Trulia, Zillow, etc.

As for booking one of our condos at Moclips you can book directly through the Hi-Tide Resort website.

Being that our apartment buildings are located in the heart of the harbor, you'll never miss out on the many local events that happen throughout the year. There is events such as the farmers market, free live concerts, the Christmas tree lighting ceremony, turkey trot, and so much more!
